Making A Purchase 
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for details that we need to be able to complete the order.

At the moment we accept payments through PayPal. We also accept cheque and bank transfers, but your order will not be shipped before cheque or transfer have cleared. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or over the Internet.

Orders containing customer specific products made-to-measure, payments will drawn from you credit card shortly after the order have been placed with us.
Please note that customer specific products made-to-measure can NOT be cancelled once production has started. Production will normally start 3-5 days after the order has been placed. For orders paid by cheque and bank transfers, production will start once payment has cleared.

For order that contains no customer specific products, payments with credit cards will be drawn 2-3 days before despatch of the order. Orders paid by cheque or bank transfer will be despatched shortly after payment has cleared.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice or sales order confirmation. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


Shipping And Handling
Delivery charge
We have FREE DELIVERY for orders over £700 including VAT.
Order value £400 - £700 will be charges at £35 per delivery.
Order value under £400 will be charges at £25 per delivery.

Delivery method
Orders with protective film and standard wardrobes, will be delivered within  2 days . 
You will be contacted regarding time of delivery.

If you have any special requirements regarding delivery, please contact us to arrange this.

All deliveries must be signed for on delivery.

IMPORTANT On delivery, any package that appears to be damaged must be refused or a note descriping the damage must be made with the signature for receipt of the goods.


Measurements of product made-to-measure
Due to the nature of our customer specific made products, we can not take any responsibility for measurements on products ordered made-to-measure and we can not accept return of such products. These products include (but not limited to) sliding doors, interior systems, interior box systems and shelves made-to-measure. If issues should occur regarding measurements, please contact us for advice.

Delivery Schedule Standard lead time vary depending on products ordered, see table below.

Expect lead time to be longer during holiday seasons.

Sliding Door Wardrobes and Walk-in Wardrobes

Standard materials: 15 – 25 working days  

Exclusive materials: 15-40 working days  

                  

Interior Systems:

Melamine shelves and drawers: 10 working days
Glass shelves: 10 – 25  working days

Products with different lead time will be delivered together, when ordered together. The lead time for the product with the longest lead time ordered will apply.


Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added.

If you are registered for VAT and have an EU VAT number and making your purchase from outside UK, please supply this when ordering, Invoice will be issued without VAT.


Credit Card Security 
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.


Guarantee
All guide system for sliding doors comes with a 10 year guarantee, in addition to your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

We are happy accept return of standard products within 30 days of the despatch date.

Due to the nature of our customer specific made products, we can not accept return of products made-to-measure. These products include (but not limited to)  sliding doors, interior systems, interior box systems and shelves made-to-measure..
