Terms and Conditions of Sale
In these terms and conditions “Company” means Bravo London Ltd and “Customer” means the person or company that purchases the goods and whose name and address are specified in the quotation(s) and on the plan if applicable together with any alterations specified at a date later than the original quotation and agreed between the Company and the customer.
1. These terms and conditions apply to all contracts of sale of goods and services to, or provision of work for, the customer to the exclusion of any terms and conditions specified by the customer.
2. Acceptance Upon signing by the customer and a duly authorised representative of the company of the quotation a binding contract will be created in respect of the order details which are given on the quotation.
3. Specification The order is based upon the quotation and plan. Whilst the company undertakes to use the best endeavours to ensure that the goods are to the specification, colour and finish ordered slight variations nay occur for which the company can accept no liability. Where wood or other natural products are used the company can accept no liability for colour difference between different units or from original samples. Where any part of the specification is based on measurements or other information provided by the customer the company can accept no liability in respect thereof and notwithstanding the unsuitability of the goods for installation resulting there from the customer shall remain liable for the full price of the goods and installation. Company cannot accept the return of such products. Considered sliding doors, interior systems, interior box systems and shelves made to measure. Additions and/or variations to the specification shall not have effect unless agreed in writing by the company.
4. Installation Where the customer undertakes the fitting the company will not accept any responsibility for the work carried out and only those drawings and measurements will be accepted that | come with a customer signature and a date. The company accepts no responsibility for any damage resulting from structural or other defects in the property at which the installation is carried out. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all services necessary for the installation are in place unless specified otherwise. The company will ensure that the installation of the goods shall be completed within a reasonable time. Time shall not be of the essence in respect of the installation by the company. The customer should give appropriate notice if there should be any reason that the installation cannot proceed at the agreed time. In any event the customer will be liable to pay any outstanding balances by the previous notified date.
5. Delivery A delivery charge may apply depending on the total amount of the order. This is to be advised prior to contract signing. Time is not of the essence of this contract and any time or date on which the goods will be delivered or installed is given and intended as an estimate only made in good faith by the company and which the company will make all reasonable efforts to comply with but shall not be liable for any loss damage or expense howsoever arising from delay of delivery or installation. On delivery, any package that may appear damaged must be refused or a note describing the damage must be made with the signature for receipt of goods.
Ownership of the goods shall not pass to the customer until payment in full is received by the company.
6. Payment The payment of the goods will be made as follows;- a) A deposit of 50% of the total value of the order will be made at the time the contract is signed. b) Payment of the outstanding balance will be made and fully cleared 7 (seven) days prior to delivery of the goods to the customer. Late payment will occur interest charge of 4% over Banks base rate. If for any reason the customer is unable to take delivery and the installation is moved further longer than 2 weeks than a £50 storage charge will be applied for any week thereafter.
7. Guarantee Bravo London offers a 10 year guarantee on the aluminium profile and sliding system components. This includes; rollers, profiles, tracks. The company only warrants to the customer only that any goods supplied by it | function in accordance with the specification provided in the documentation accompanying the goods, provided always the goods have been used strictly in accordance with the instructions. The company will extend to the customer the benefit of any guarantee, warranty or condition which may have been granted to the company by the supplier of the goods. The company shall not be responsible for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder due to circumstances beyond its control. 8. Tax Value added tax will be charged at the rate appertaining on the day of delivery.
9. Privacy Policy Bravo London Ltd do not disclose customers details to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
10. Return Policy The company will accept return of standard products within 30 days of the despatch date. Specific or made-to-measure product such as sliding doors, interior systems, box interior systems and shelves made-to-measure will not be accepted.
11. Cancelation If the customer shall cancel this contract after order has been placed for all necessary material the company will be entitled to retain any deposit paid and will be entitled to charge for any other costs incurred.
11. This contract between the company and the customer shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the English laws and regulations.
12. Statutory Rights These conditions do not affect the statutory rights of the customer. |
